As Clinical Lead for a GP-led community dermatology service, he brings specialist-level expertise in skin conditions, musculoskeletal medicine, and chronic pain to his private consultations at Cha2GP - delivering the same evidence-based, patient-centred care he practises daily within the NHS.

Dr Mahesh is a GP Partner and Fellow of the Royal College of General Practitioners with over 20 years of NHS experience - a level of seniority that places him among the most experienced clinicians in UK primary care.
