How It Works
- Book an Appointment: Schedule online via www.cha2gp.co.uk
Choose Your Consultation Type:
· Video Consultation: via a secure platform (Writeupp)
· Telephone Consultation via secure platform
· Message a Doctor via a secure platform
2. Attend Your Appointment:
· Ensure you are in a private and quiet space.
· Use a strong internet connection for video calls.
· Be ready to discuss your symptoms, medical history, and concerns.
3. After the Consultation:
· You may receive a follow-up plan, fit notes or specialist referral letters.
· Notes and letters will be emailed securely to your Email ID and/or to your NHS GP with your Consent.
