Please reach us at info@cha2gp.co.uk if you cannot find an answer to your question.
Cha2GP is a private online GP service providing virtual doctor consultations across the UK. Our UK-registered GPs offer same-day appointments by video, phone, or message — so you can access affordable private healthcare without visiting a clinic or waiting weeks for an NHS appointment
Our online GP service is open to adults and children across the UK. For patients under 16, a parent or guardian must attend the online consultation. Some restrictions may apply — please contact us at info@cha2gp.co.uk if you are unsure.
Our private online doctors treat a wide range of conditions including minor illnesses, respiratory infections, UTIs, skin concerns, men's health, women's health, and mental health issues. We also provide virtual weight management consultations. For life-threatening emergencies, always call 999 or go to your nearest A&E.
We offer three ways to see a private GP online: a video GP consultation via our secure platform, a telephone GP consultation, or our Message a Doctor service where you send your query and receive written medical advice from a UK-registered GP.
Book online at www.cha2gp.co.uk. Choose your consultation type — video, phone, or message — and pick an available slot. Same-day GP appointments are available 7 days a week, from 9 am to 10 pm, with no referral needed.
Message a Doctor lets you send your health query in writing and receive trusted medical advice from a UK-registered GP via a secure platform — no phone call or video required. It's ideal for straightforward questions or when you prefer written guidance. Available for just £5 for your first month.
Find a quiet, private space before your virtual GP appointment. For video consultations, ensure you have a stable internet connection. Have your current symptoms, any relevant medical history, and a list of medications ready to discuss. This helps your online GP provide the most accurate advice.
Your GP will provide a personalised follow-up plan. Where appropriate, you may receive a private prescription, a fit note, or a specialist referral letter — all sent securely to your email. With your consent, notes can also be forwarded to your NHS GP to ensure continuity of care.
Yes. Following your online doctor consultation, our GPs can issue a private prescription online and send it digitally to your phone or email. You can then take it to any UK pharmacy to collect your medication — fast and convenient.
Yes. If your private GP determines you need time to rest and recover, we can issue a private sick note (fit note) digitally following your virtual GP appointment — ready to submit to your employer the same day.
Yes. If a specialist assessment is needed, your online GP can issue a private GP referral letter during your consultation. You will need to self-fund or use private health insurance to book the specialist appointment.
Yes. We offer personalised virtual weight management support from UK-registered clinicians, including lifestyle advice and prescription treatments where appropriate (face-to-face video required). We also provide women's health consultations covering contraception, menopause support, and gynaecological concerns.
Cha2GP offers affordable private GP access via pay-per-consultation or a membership plan — with no long-term commitment required. Our Message a Doctor service is just £5 for your first month. Full pricing is available at www.cha2gp.co.uk.
Only with your explicit consent. If you agree, your online GP consultation notes and any letters can be sent securely to your NHS GP to support continuity of care. Otherwise, all information remains entirely private to Cha2GP.
Absolutely. Cha2GP is fully compliant with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Your personal and medical information is handled with strict confidentiality, stored securely, and never shared without your explicit consent.
We welcome all feedback. You can email us at info@cha2gp.co.uk or use the online feedback form on our website. Formal complaints can also be raised via the same address and will be handled promptly and professionally.
